The staff was incredibly warm and helpful! Cozy, spacious room with lovely window views over the vibrant street!

Wi-Fi was unreliable and frustrated us. Some noise from the street could occasionally disrupt sleep.

The bathroom lacked ventilation, making it uncomfortably humid!!! There were also issues managing room temperature effectively !!! Wi-Fi signals were weak at times, affecting ability to connect seamlessly!!!

I spent a wonderful six nights at the Solo Experience Hotel in Florence. The room felt so spacious, far exceeding the usual standards. A huge plus was the breathtaking view of the city from my room, making every morning special. I enjoyed some homemade biscotti that greeted me upon arrival, adding a personal touch. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. Although the breakfast setup was delightful, it did get a bit crowded at times. I noticed the scrambled eggs could have been fluffier, but the other options were delicious and plentiful. I had trouble finding my footing a couple of times, as the layout was a little confusing, but it didn’t overshadow the generally positive vibe. At one point, I requested ice for my partner's foot, and the staff promptly fulfilled the request without any hassle. Every interaction felt genuine and warm, especially from the reception staff. Can't wait to share my lovely experience with friends!

Enjoyed a delightful breakfast with a variety of homemade options. A tip, don't miss the nearby attractions, all within walking distance.

I loved how I could relax in the cozy lounge and enjoy some quiet time in the reading room during my stay. The room was pretty spacious and had a fantastic shower that made getting refreshed super easy. The only hiccup was that the breakfast area got a bit crowded at times, but with such great food, it’s worth it! 😊

this stay exceeded my expectations greatly compared to my previous visit in florence. the deluxe double room with city view had stunning vistas of the church, making mornings truly special. the breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of juices that set a perfect tone for the day.

We spent 4 nights in a beautiful Deluxe Suite, which was not only spacious but also had an extra-large bathroom with a fantastic rain shower. The cleaning staff did an exceptional job keeping everything fresh. The breakfast was fabulous, with a variety of homemade options that catered to every taste.
